Hotel requiring a new room control system

Our client is an 80 room resort in Greece.

 

After major renovation of their 5* property they needed to update the guest experience in the room. Have you ever been to an hotel and not been able to turn off the lights from one switch? These basic problems exist even in 5* properties.

 

Our product, based on a tablet, provided guests with an easy to use touch screen solution for all their room controls plus a platform for the hotel to sell ancillary services easily, from room service (menus in multiple languages) to concierge up-sell.

 

The room service feature alone saved 11,000 internal phone calls in year one and completely eradicated mis-orders.

Boutique chain required upgrade PMS and more..

We often talk about "customer journey" in many industries. Our client needed a new PMS which we supplied with bonus features. 

Our client in this case was a boutique hotel chain looking to replace an existing PMS. Our solution went beyond the remit, giving them an automated check-in system, sitting alongside their personal touch service, combining the best technology to ensure their staff were freer to personally assist guests. 

Drive-in Cinema

Resort needed to upgrade outdoor screen

Our client had use for outdoor screens for showing sporting events and occasional al-fresco cinema screenings. 

Our 5* beach hotel client had used some old tech for some time that was poor quality in terms of picture sharpness and the hardware was also susceptible to malfunction after bad weather.

Our outdoor LED solution, including install and maintenance for 10 years, ensured they had 100% reliability on the hardware and a product able to perform to highest level of picture quality, day and night, reacting to the amount of light on it accordingly. The end user experience was enhanced to a level where the drive in movie concept became a nightly occurrence, rather than weekly. 

Hotel Restaurant

Hotel needed independent testing and assessment

Internal hotel quality and health & safety check-lists  do not cover services from a guest viewpoint

Our client, a 5* city-centre property, had just undergone major renovation and after a 6 month closure and some staff changes, wanted to ensure the hotel was performing at the right level.

 

GHC were drafted in to test the hotel as anonymous guests over a 3 day period.

 

Our experience in testing hotels over 30 years gives us great insight and our checklist of over 350 points, ranging from bedroom quality to restaurant service and food scores, gives an objective report about any hotel's current quality and service standards. This enables hotels to make the necessary changes to ensure they are offering high standards.
