Whilst we know our hotelier clients do their own self assessment of their properties, we have a wealth of experience staying at all sorts of hotels, especially 5*+. We have now developed a system of assessing hotels to define their true quality and grading. Using an algorithm which scores service, facilities and quality of furnishing, amongst much more, in an objective way, your hotel will realise its true value and potential whilst identifying areas for improvement, many of which do not cost a dime.
